Two Australian Folklore Journals
Abstract
Scholars with an interest in Australian folklore will find a good deal of value to them in two small journals, Singabout and Gunsuckers' Gazette. Both are concerned chiefly with folk song, but contain also occasional items on other matters; for example, dances, musical instruments, verse (chiefly toasts and recitations of the 'bush ballad' kind), linguistic usages and local history.
